May Day is Lei Day in Hawaii

After all, my son and his family live here--what’s not to look forward to? What I couldn’t have anticipated was what a vibrant community it is. Whether you live on the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park side of the highway or on the Volcano Village/Volcano Golf Course side of the highway, all of it contributes to a warm, active, community-minded neighborhood.
